Minnie Mouse Cake
Ears were made out of Fondant, the rest was buttercream. (Except the ribbon) I loved making this cake! :)

Flagler College Graduation Cake
Designed for a college graduation party from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. Designed by using Frozen Buttercream.

BBQ Ribs
This was a cake made for a guys birthday. The frosting was Peanut Butter Buttercream. The "bbq sauce" was piping gel dyed brown. The black pepper was black crystal sprinkles, and the bones were made out of fondant. This was a fun cake to make.

Barbie Butterfly
This was based on the new Barbie movie, Barbie Butterfly Secret. The wings of the barbie were designed to match the actual barbie's wings. The dress was made out of fondant.

Asian Cake
Chinese themed cake. Bowl, Rice, chop sticks and fortune cookie made out of fondant. The rest is all buttercream. The letters say "Happy Birthday David" in Chinese!

Red and Pink Wedding
This was a faux cake made for display only at a wedding. The bride ordered sheet cakes to be served to the guest, so they wouldnt have to cut the actual tiered cake. I really enjoyed making this cake. There was a small portion of the cake in the back that was real, and was used for the "cutting of the cake" pictures. As well as the top tier being real, so the bride and groom could take that with them.
