Using a form pan, this is a Chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Needless to say, I LOVE Gingerbread Men...I collect them, so this was one of my favorite cakes to make.

Happy Birthday Jesus Cake
This was a simple two layered round cake. Vanilla cake with Buttercream icing in White, Red, and Green.
